Our roots date back to South Africa where we began as produce merchants.
1991
The third and fourth generations of our family came to Canada and founded All Gold Imports.
1998
We started importing frozen fruits with the founding of Evergold Trading Inc.
2004
We expanded operations to Sydney, Australia to widen our geographic footprint.
2006
Evergold merged with All Gold to become one company with one product list.
2018
The fifth generation of our family began working at All Gold.
2021
We acquired The Hemisphere Group in New York with the aim of expanding into the US market.
2023
We integrated The Hemisphere Group’s operations into our head office in Toronto.
2025
Kos Ingredients is officially launched, bringing All Gold Imports, Commodity Imports Australia, and The Hemisphere Group together under a unified banner. Operating as a cohesive family of companies, Kos Ingredients connects with suppliers across 32 countries and offers a portfolio of over 100 products.
